Thirteen cadres of the Nepal Communist Party (NCP) led by Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav have been arrested in the Kathmandu Valley on Wednesday.
Police arrested 13 cadres while they were heading to the District Administration Office, Kathmandu from Maitighar shouting slogans carrying banners and pamphlets against the fake refugee cases.
Police intervened in the demonstration and snatched away banners and pamphlets, said an eye-witness. All the arrested cadres have been kept at Police Circle, Singha Durbar.
Bail hearing for the accused of the fake Bhutanese Refugee cases is taking place in the bench of Judge Prem Prasad Neupane at the District Court, Kathmandu today.
