Indians sneak into Nepal to survey Nepali land (watch video)

It has been found that the Indian side has made an unauthorized survey of the Nepali land without taking permission from the Nepal’s administration.

The Indian side surveyed the Nepali land in Bhimdatta Municipality-11 Gaddachauki, informed locals.

They informed to have seen the Indians enter Gaddachauki in an Indian vehicle without coordinating with the Nepali administration carrying the measuring apparatus.

When the locals intervened in their work and inquired them, they said that they had come from the survey department in Dehradun. Meanwhile, the police have detained four Indians who sneaked into the Nepali side for survey without coordinating with the Nepali side.

According to Police Inspector Bharat Raj Giri of the District Police Office, Kanchanpur, four Indians were held for interrogation.

They came to the Nepal side in a jeep with the registration number, UP 806 J 3945, said Giri.

During the interrogation with the police, the Indians said (that) they had come to see the level on the Nepal side for a dry port to be built in Dodhara Chandani.
