The Nepal stock exchange (NEPSE) which spiraled downwards in the last four days increased on Thursday, the last trading day of the week.

The benchmark index went up by 4.75 points to close at 2055.53 points today.

The 8 million units of shares of 276 companies were sold for Rs 3 billion 444 million 8 thousand rupees, according to the website of the company.

While the shares worth Rs 3.49 billion were sold on Wednesday, it slightly came down to 3.44 billion rupees in the share market today.

The share value of Taragaun Hotel, Oriental Hotel, Kalinchowk Darshan Company, BPW Microfinance Company has increased by 10 percent today.

The share value of Ingwa Hydropower and NESDO has spiraled downwards today. The share price of both the companies went down by 7 percent. Besides, Citizens Mutual Fund lost its share value by 8 percent.

Similarly, Soaltee Hotel has made the highest transaction of Rs 290 million.
