More than 15,000 entrepreneurs have officially shut down their businesses in 10 months.
As many as 15 thousand 716 people have officially closed their business permanent account numbers (PAN).
According to the Ministry of Finance, new 123 thousand 760 businessmen have increased in 10 months of the current fiscal year.
The total number of businessmen who took PAN till July 16, 2022 was 1 million 762 thousand 423. Now, this number has increased to 1 million 870 thousand 457 so far, said the Finance Ministry, said the Ministry of Finance.
Likewise, the number of people taking personal permanent account number has reached 3 million 537 thousand 248.
There are 307 thousand 127 companies Registered for value added tax (VAT).
The Ministry of Finance has said that the tax scope is gradually expanding. According to the ministry, the number of permanent accounts taken by the tax authorities has reached 26 thousand 119.
