Dusit Hotels and Resorts starts welcoming guests in Kathmandu

Dusit Hotels and Resorts under Dusit International, one of Thailand’s leading hotel and property development companies, hs made its debut in Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal. 

Designed to appeal to business and leisure travelers who appreciate comfort, value, and convenience, Dusit Princess Kathmandu was inaugurated by Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Sudan Kiranti amidst a ceremony on Monday. 

Speaking at the inaugural ceremony, Minister Kirati said, "The opening of Dusit Hotels and Resorts is a welcome step towards the development of tourim industry in Nepal. Such kinds of hotels should be opened for the properity of the nation. I, as an state actor, will try my best to introduce investment-friendly policies for the promotion of tourism."

It is located in the heart of the capital’s vibrant Lazimpat neighborhood, a short walk from Narayanhiti Palace Museum and just 18 minutes wonders of Nepal with travelers from near and far.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Tenzin Zoepa Lama, Chairman, Dusit Princess Kathmandu, said he is excited to welcome guests to the newly established hotel. “I would like to welcome all guests to the roof of the world, home to Everest & the birthplace of Lord Buddha. Dusit Princess is nestled amidst breathtaking landscapes and steeped in rich cultural heritage. This will be a gateway to explore the wonders of this extraordinary nation.
