Nepal Sadbhawana Party has undergone merger with Nagarik Unmukti on Sunday.

Senior leaders of Nagarik Unmukti Party and Nepal Sadbhawama Party have announced the merger at a ceremony organized in Janakpurdham.

Addressing an unification program, Resham Lal Chaudhary, the patron and leader of Nagarik Unmukti Party, accused the Madhesi parties of cheating him.

He alleged that the Madhesi leaders had instructed their party cadres to prevent them from going to Janakpur.

Leader Chaudhary said that he had to stay in jail for eight and a half years while fighting for the Madhes movement.

General Secretary of Nepal Sadbhawana Party, Rajendra Chaudhary, and Nagarik Unmukti Party's Lakshman Tharu were present at the integration program, along with central, provincial and district level leaders and cadres of both the parties.
