The Parliamentary Hearing Committee of the Federal Parliament has decided to forward the parliamentary hearing process of Judge of High Court Patan, Binod Sharma, proposed to the vacant post of Justice at the Supreme Court.

Today's meeting of the Committee took the decision to publish the 10-day notice to file complaint with evidence in decent language if someone considers that appointing Sharma to the post was not appropriate.

A meeting of the Judicial Council held on August 27 had recommended Sharma for the appointment to the post of Justice at the SC and sent his name for parliamentary hearing.
