BP Literary Festival, 2080 is being held for the second consecutive day on Monday at the Central Office of Nepali Congress in Sanepa.
The festival started with the screening of Bir Ganeshman Singh movie in Monday's program
Anand Kumar is scheduled to deliver a lecture on “Marx, Gandhi and BP in Search of Today's Democratic Socialism”. Shankar Tiwari is the facilitator.
Similarly, Hari Sharma, Bipin Adhikari, Achyut Wagle and Manchala Jha will cast light on the contribution of BP with discussions focusing on Madhes in the eyes of BP, BP on International Politics, BP on Diplomacy, BP on Youth and Literatures. Nepali Congress General Secretary will facilitate the program.
During the festival, Tharu women clad in traditional attire also performed cultural dances to make the program entertaining.
The opening session of the festival witnessed the screening of a documentary titled "Hijacking for Democracy" on Sunday.
