Nepal Rastra Bank on Wednesday increased the import quota on gold being brought into Nepal on a daily basis.
With the decision, now 20 kilograms of gold can be imported on a daily basis.
Earlier, only 10 kilograms of gold bullion were allowed to be imported on a daily basis.
According to the decision, the gold not imported in some days in the previous month cannot be brought in the next month.
