A Nepali youth who was serving jail-term in a US prison has been found dead.
According to local media, 27-year-old Manish Kunwar, who was serving a jail-term in Rikers Island in New York, has been found dead.
He died inside the jail in the morning on October 5. The cause of his death has not been disclosed. The incident is being investigated, authorities said.
Kunwar was arrested on September 27 on charges of robbery. The case against him was scheduled to be heard by the Queens Criminal Court on October 27.
