Food Management and Trading Company brings goats (photos)

The Food Management and Trading Company Limited has fixed the price of he-goats and mountain goats that it is selling from Tuesday for this year's festivals.

The Company has said that the price of live he-goats is fixed at Rs 680 per kg and the price of mountain goat is Rs 1,260 per kg. The consumers will get a discount of Rs 10 in each kilogram.  

Information Officer of the Company, Sharmila Neupane, said that the goats would be sold from Company's Bagmati Province Office at Thapathali from 8:00 in the morning.

The Company has brought the he-goats from Makawanpur, Dang and Kailali districts and mountain goats from Rasuwa in view of this year's Dashain festival.

The Company has planned to sell 2,000 he-goats and 1,000 mountain goats in this year's festive season.
