ICC World Cup: India loses 8th wicket for 214 runs

India has lost its eighth wicket for 214 runs in 44.5 overs. Jasprit Bumrah was out for one run. Mohammed Shami was sent to the pavilion after scoring six runs off balls.

Similarly, KL Rahul was caught out for 66 runs off 107 deliveries in 41.3 overs.

Batting first against Australia in the One Day (ODI) World Cup final, India lost its third wicket. In the second ball of the 11th over, India lost Shreyas Iyer cheaply. With this, India was under pressure. Lyer was caught out by the wicket keeper when he scored only four runs off Australian captain Pat Cummins.

Virat Kohli was out for 54 runs. He hit four fours off 63 balls. Ravindra Jadeja was caught out cheaply. He made nine runs off 22 deliveries.

Earlier, Captain Rohit Paudel was dismissed for 47 runs. Opener Shubman Gill was out for four runs only.

After winning the toss, Australia is fielding against India.
