The second edition of the Nepal Super League (NSL) is starting today. In the opening match of the NSL, last season's champion Kathmandu Rayzrs and newcomer Sporting Ilam FC are facing each other.
The match will be held at Dasharath Stadium in Tripureshwar and will start at 6 pm. Prior to the match, there will be an entertaining performance, according to the organizer, Nepal Sports and Event Management. The performance will start after 4 pm.
This time nine teams including six from last season will compete in the NSL.
Kathmandu Rayzrs, Lalitpur City FC, FC Chitwan, Dhangadhi FC, Butwal Lumbini FC, and Pokhara Thunders from the first edition, along with three new Jhapa FC, Birganj United FC and Sporting Mechi De Elam will compete in the second edition.
The NSL will be held from November 24 to January 6 at Dashrath Stadium in Kathmandu.
