Global IME Bank Limited has launched a special home loan scheme with a loan ceiling of up to Rs 120 million at a single digit interest rate, targeting the construction and purchase of houses.
Under this special home loan scheme, customers availing loans from other banks and financial institutions will also be able to transfer their loans easily, according to a press note issued by the bank.
This special scheme offers loans up to Rs 120 million at the affordable fixed interest rate of 9.99 to 10.99 percent for a term of up to 5 years, 10.99 to 11.49 percent for a term of 5 to 10 years and 11.49 to 11.99 percent for a term of more than 10 years.
The bank has made it clear that the loan will be provided without any hassle within three working days after the submission of the necessary documents, which is based on the objective of providing loans to the customers quickly and conveniently.
Customers can avail this facility from 355 branches of the bank spread across 77 districts in the country.
