Himalayan Reinsurance FPO: subscribers get minimum 10 to maximum 40 units

Himalayan Reinsurance Company has distributed the Follow-on Public Offerings (FPO) on Wednesday.

Those who had subscribed for up to 30 units of shares got as per applied units.

“Those who subscribed for 10, 20 and 30 units of shares were allotted as per applied units,” said NMB Capital Limited, the issue manager.

In case of those subscribing for more than 30 units of shares, were allotted additional 10 units of shares through lottery.

The company had on December 13 issued a total of 24,900,000 units of shares that had remained after setting aside and allotting shares for mutual fund, Nepali citizens working abroad and the employees of the company.
