APF won the title of the Prime Minister Cup Women's T20 national cricket tournament held in Kathmandu on Wednesday.
APF lifted the trophy by defeating Koshi by 11 runs in the finals. APF, which was eliminated from the semi-finals in the last edition, won the title after two years.
Koshi had previously lost to Sudurpaschim and had to be content with the runner-up.
Chasing a target of 115 runs set by APF, Koshi managed to score only 103 runs for the loss of 4 wickets in the allotted 20 overs.
Captain Rubina Chhetry topped the score with 62 runs including seven fours and one six off 58 deliveries followed by Kajal Shrestha with 22 runs for Koshi. The other batters could not score double digit runs.
On the bowling side, Karuna Bhandari and Sita Rana Magar took one wicket each.

Earlier, electing to bat first after winning the toss at the TU Cricket Ground, APF notched up 114 runs losing seven wickets in the allotted 20 overs.
Indu Barma topped the score with 53 runs including six fours and one six off 47 balls while Jyoti Pandey and Roma Thapa made 27 and 14 runs, respectively.
In reply, Apsari Begam, Alisha Khadiya took three and two wickets, respectively while Rubina Chhetry and Nisha Shah grabbed one wicket each for Koshi.
This is the first time, 8 teams from 7 provinces including APF participated in the round robin format.
