Saudi company urges 8 Nepalis to collect their remuneration

A company in Saudi Arabia is searching for eight Nepali migrant workers who returned home during the Covid-19 pandemic and did not return to the company.

Issuing a notice on Thursday, Nepali Embassy in Riyadh said the Saudi Construction Development Company asked eight Nepalis, who came to Nepal on leave during the pandemic and did not return, to show up to collect their remaining remunerations.

The Nepali Embassy has issued the notice requesting them to show up to collect their salaries as per the request made by the company.

According to the notice, Sanjaya Kumar Yadav, Suresh Kumar Sah of Siraha, Baburam Kewat of Nawalparasi, Prakash Giri of Khotang, Dev Bahadur Shrestha of Udayapur, Bheg Bahadur Rana Magar of Sunsari, Bhim Prasad Dahal of Tehrathum and Buddha Mukhiya of Siraha are among those Nepalis who have been called to collect their salaries by the company.
