Two officials of the Judicial Service Commission have been recommended to the special class.
The Judicial Service Commission recommended acting secretary of Commission, Bhadrakali Pokharel, as the registrar of the Supreme Court.
Similarly, Joint Registrar Yam Bahadur Budha has been recommended as the secretary of the Judicial Council.
A meeting of the Judicial Service Commission chaired by Chief Justice Bishowambhar Prasad Shrestha held this morning took a decision to this effect, Ahok Chhetri, the spokesperson of the Commission told Nepalkhabar.
They will take charge of the office once the Commission’s decision is endorsed by a cabinet meeting.
