One person has died after being hit by a bus on the East-West highway section in Thanabhayang of Hetauda sub-metropolitan city-11.
In the accident that took place last night a 40-year-old man died on the spot after being hit by the bus (Na. 7 Ka. 1675) going from Sarlahi to Kathmandu, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Lakshmi Bhandari.
Makwanpur District Police Office has said that necessary investigation is being carried out on the incident.
