Netherlands won the toss and elected to field first against Nepal in its first match of the ICC Men's World Cup at Grand Prairie Cricket Ground in Dallas, America today (Tuesday).
Earlier, rain and bad light delayed the toss and the skies are heavily overcast but the forecast for the rest of the morning is promising. Both the teams have exciting cricketers. This is a game both the teams can't afford to lose.
Nepal will take on Sri Lanka on June 11. After having played two matches in Dallas, Nepal will fly to West Indies to play the other two matches.
According to the ICC schedule, Nepal will take on South Africa at St Vincent Cricket Stadium on June 14 and Bangladesh on June 16.
Nepal is in group ‘D’ alongside South Africa, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Netherlands. Nepali is participating in the World Cup match after a hiatus of 10 years.
