CPN (Unified Socialist) Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal has suggested that the government should be bold enough to face the parliament.
Talking to mediapersons at the national convention venue in Nepal Academy on Friday, the newly reelected Unified Socialist chairman said that the government should not shy away from facing the parliament.
“We are currently in the government. This government should not shy away from facing the parliament,” Nepal said.
Meanwhile, he underlined the need to maintain good relations among the parties and play active roles to safeguard the existing political system.
“We should maintain good relations among the parties represented in the parliament and safeguard the hard-earned achievements including democracy, republic, the Constitution,” said Nepal, adding, “We should play active roles in bringing changes in the country.”
