Nepal has entered the semi-finals of the SAFF U-17 Championship football tournament by defeating hosts Bhutan.
In the last match of Group B held at Changlimithang Stadium in Thimphu, Nepal came from behind to defeat Bhutan by 2-1 to book a place in the semi-finals of the tournament.
Host Bhutan took the first lead after Chhimi Tobden Dorji scored in the 43rd minute. But Nepal's Krishna Bahadur scored a goal in the 56th to make it 1-1 and Sujan Dangol, scored in the 85th minute to give Nepal a victory and a place in the last four.
With the win, Nepal reached the semi-finals as the runner-up of Group B after collecting 6 points from three matches. Nepal will now play Group 'A' winner India in the semi-final to be held on September 28.
