A Pakistani team has arrived in Nepal to participate in the SAFF Women's Championship to be held in the third week of October.
Suresh Shah, the spokesperson for the All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) welcomed the team at Tribhuvan International Airport on Sunday morning.
The seventh edition of the SAFF Championship is being held in Kathmandu from October 17 to 30. This is the third time Nepali is going to host the championship.
Earlier, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, and India have hosted the championship one time each.

To be held at Dasharath Stadium, host Nepal, Maldives, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, India, Bhutan, and Bangladesh will participate in the championship, Shah told dNepalkhabar.
Participating teams have been divided into two groups: Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bhutan, and Nepal are in Group B while India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh are in Group A.
While Nepal will take on Bhutan on October 18, India and Pakistan will lock horns in an inaugural match of the championship on October 17.
India has won the championship title five times, already and Bangladesh has lifted the trophy one time.
The estimated budget for the championship is 46 million, 800 rupees.
