After a month-long wait comes Twitter Blue again.

It comes with a new set of terms and conditions, which you will need to fulfil in order to get the blue tick.

While you can subscribe to Blue, you will not get the blue tick until Twitter confirms that your account meets all the requirements.

Twitter's verification requirement notes that users who subscribe to Blue will be eligible to receive blue ticks.

However, your account needs to be 'complete,' which means it should have a display name and profile photo and should not have changed recently.

You won’t get the blue tick right away
The account should be 'active,' meaning that you need to remain active on Twitter for the last 30 days, and your account needs to be older than 90 days to subscribe to Twitter Blue. More importantly, you need to verify your phone number, or you will not receive the blue tick.

Users with no verified phone numbers will be asked to verify their phone numbers while subscribing to Blue.

Further, Twitter will check if your account has signs of being misleading or deceptive or engaging in manipulation and spam.  (wtih inputs from Agencies)
