A man has died in a scooter accident in the Kathmandu Valley.
The deceased has been identified as 47-year-old Nischal Tamrakar, a local of Mahalakshmi Municipality-1, Imadol, Lalitpur.
The accident occurred when the scooter numbered Ba. 65 Pa 3433 heading to Imadol in Lalitpur from Kathmandu Metropolitan City-32, Narephant, turned turtle after it went out of control, the police said.
Critically injured Tamrakar breathed his last in the course of treatment at the Civil Service Hospital in New Baneshwar.
