Two Nepali nationals have died after being hit by a high-speed car near Chantilly in Virginia of the United States of America.
The deceased are Suresh KC of Athbiskot Municipality-7, Rukum West and Bibek Subedi of Bardiya.
Similarly, Mehul Shrestha of Kathmandu sustained injuries in the accident. He is undergoing treatment at a hospital. His condition is out of danger, local media outlets said.
The driver of the car that killed two Nepalis is also a Nepali national, 30-year-old Bijaya Tamang.
Police have arrested Tamang and are investigating the case by keeping him in a county adult detention center.
Speedy driving under the influence of alcohol is assumed to have been the cause behind the accident. The accident took place on Friday night, according to local time.
