Prabin Pandak has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Center Depository Services and Clearing (CDSC) Company Ltd.
A meeting of the CDSC's board of directors held on Sunday appointed Pandak as its new CEC for a four-year term, said Suresh Neupane, the spokesperson for the company.
Earlier, Pandak served as a board member of the CDSC. The post was lying vacant after former CEO Purna Prasad Acharya's four-year term expired three months ago.
