Two girls, who went to graze goats in an Achham jungle, found dead

The bodies of two teenage girls have been found in a jungle of Dhakari Rural Municipality-1 of Achham.

According to the District Police Office, Achham, 14-year-old Ishwari Khadka and 14-year-old Saraswati Khadka of Dhakari Rural Municipality-8 were found dead.

They are relatives, according to locals.

Police Inspector Tek Bahadur Deuba said that their bodies were found in Sisne Odhar in Dhakari Rural Municipality-1.

At 11 am on Friday, they had left their home for the forest to graze goats. When they did not return home by evening, their relatives searched for them.

They found the bodies of both the teenage girls on Saturday evening.

The police were informed at 7 pm. DSP Ishwari Prasad Bhandari of the District Police Office, Achham has reached the spot. The police said they are investigating the case. The cause of their death has not been revealed, yet.
