Nepal's flag carrier, Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC), and the Japan Airlines, the flag carrier of Japan, have joined hands to promote their flight services, the Corporation said.
According to the agreement, the NAC will conduct flights straight to Narita International Airport and that the passengers who land there will fly to America, European countries and even South Korea through connecting flights of Japan Airlines.
The passengers can travel to their final destination via the connecting flights with the air tickets from the Nepal Airlines, according to the agreement.
Similarly, tourists from around the globe can visit Nepal through the same networks. This will expand Corporation's business, promote the country's tourism, development and bring in foreign currencies, the Corporation has said.
With this, the total number of airlines partnering with the Corporation has reached 25 for passenger interline agreements and 28 for cargo interline agreements.
