Gold price down by Rs 2,200 per tola

The price of gold has decreased in the domestic market. The Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association said that the price of the yellow metal fell by Rs 2,200 per tola (11.66 grams) on Friday as compared to Thursday.

The price of gold has been determined at Rs 168,100 per tola today as against Rs 170,300 on Thursday.

The Federation said the price of silver remains unchanged. Silver is being traded at Rs 1,915 per tola today.

The yellow precious metal had hit an all-time high of Rs 171,300 on February 25.
