Nepal's economic growth forecast at 4.61% in FY 2081/82

The economic growth of Nepal has been projected to remain at 4.61 percent in the current fiscal year (FY) 2081/82 BS.

Unveiling the National Statistics Estimates for the FY 2081/82 on Wednesday, the National Statistics Office (NSO) projected a 4.61 percent increase in consumer prices.

Similarly, the economy will reach Rs 6.107 trillion in size, according to the National Statistics.

In the second quarter of the current FY, the country's economic growth had reached 5.1 percent.
