Foreign Minister Dr. Arzu Rana Deuba has left for Japan.
According to her secretariat, she left last night to participate in a conference on loneliness and social isolation among the elderly, which begins on Wednesday in Tokyo, Japan.
The conference is organized by the Foundation for the Welfare and Education of the Asian People (FWEAP) and will see the participation of ministers, senior government officials, and senior social engineers from over 12 countries.
During her stay in Japan, Foreign Minister Rana is also scheduled to hold bilateral talks.
Her secretariat has informed that she is expected to return home this upcoming Saturday.
