Seven people, including Durga Prasai, sent to judicial custody

The District Court, Kathmandu, on Thursday ordered to send Durga Prasai and six others into judicial custody on charges of inciting criminal activities in the Capital City.

A single bench of District Judge Dhruba Raj Karki made such an order in connection with Prasain and six others for their roles in the violent activities taken place at Tinkule, Kathmandu, on March 28.

Likewise, the court has ordered to release 32 others on bail in the same case.
