Anita Basnet scored the first goal at the 11th minute of the first half capitalizing on the header ball given by Sabitra Bhandari 'Samba'.
Nepal doubled the score after Samba scored the second goal at the 44th minute. Samba headed Anita Basnet's cross into the goal.
