Nagarik Unmunkti Party (NUP) has withdrawn its support to the Sudurpaschim Province government.

A parliamentary party (PP) meeting of the NUP decided to withdraw its support to the government, Province Parliamentary Party leader Ghanashyam Chaudhary said.

He said the PP meeting took a decision to this effect in line with the letter sent by the party's central committee (CC) meeting.

Chief Minister Kamal Bahadur Shah on Thursday terminated Industry Minister Rameshwar Chaudhary representing NUP.

NUP withdrew its support to the government after Chief Minister removed Minister Chaudhary from his government.
