The price of gold has gone down by Rs 300 per tola today.

With the fall in the yellow precious metal, it is being sold for Rs 191,800 per tola today, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association (FENEGOSIDA).

The price of gold was Rs 192,100 per tola on July 3. The Federation had not made public the price-list of bullion since then due to the protest of the gold entrepreneurs.

The gold price had hit a record high of Rs 197,900 per tola on April 22.

Similarly, the price of gold has increased by Rs 50 per tola. With the price hike, the silver is being sold for Rs 2,220, the Federation has said.
