The Press Secretary of former King Gyanendra Shah, Phani Raj Pathak, has been arrested.
A team of the District Police Range, Kathmandu apprehended Pathak on Friday morning, said Spokesperson SP Apil Raj Bohara.
According to Bohara, Pathak was taken under control on the charge of addressing Shah as ' Shree 5 Maharajadhiraj' and 'Dialogue Secretariat' which are not recognized by the Constitution of Nepal.
Similarly, Pathak was also arrested on the charge of using the letterhead bearing the same details, the police said.
