Five Nepali citizens, who were recently released from an Iranian prison, have been brought back to Nepal by the government.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, five Nepali citizens, recently released from prison at the order of Iranian court, were repatriated to Nepal on Thursday.
They were repatriated to Nepal with the help of Honorary Consul of Nepal in Tehran and the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
However, the Foreign Ministry is yet to release their names.
Earlier, the Nepal government repatriated nine Nepali citizens after rescue in three phrases during the Israel-Iran war, the Foreign Ministry said.
