Three Pakistani nationals allegedly associated with terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammad based in Pakistan, who India claims sneaked to Bihar, have flown to Malaysia.

They arrived together in Kathmandu from Dubai and flew to Malaysia on different dates, confirmed Director General of the Department of Immigration, Ram Chandra Tiwari.

“No details were found in our immigration records regarding them. However, it has been observed that the individuals whose details were made public came to Nepal and have already returned,” Director General Tiwari told Nepalkhabar. “Hasanain Ali, Adil Hussain, and Muhammad Usman arrived in Kathmandu from Dubai on August 8.”

However, it was found that they returned to Malaysia on different dates. Hasnain Ali returned to Malaysia only today, (Thursday, August 28), via Malaysian Airlines (Malindo Air). Adil Hussain returned to Malaysia on August 24, and Mohammad Usman returned on August 15.

They were cleared for entry and exit as their names did not feature on the immigration blacklist as members of a terrorist organization, said the Department of Immigration of Nepal.

However, India claimed that they entered the Indian State of Bihar via Nepal. India had also made public their names and photographs.

After India made the details public, claiming they entered via Nepal, the Department of Immigration of Nepal took interest and conducted a review. It was discovered that the same Pakistani nationals, whose details India had publicized, had come to Nepal and already returned.

Meanwhile, the Indian Police Headquarters has issued an “alert” in all districts of Bihar, including Bhagalpur, according to Indian media outlets.
Indian police have claimed that these individuals from Pakistan could carry out terrorist activities in the country, as mentioned in news reports.

Indian police stated that districts such as Bhagalpur, Araria, Kishanganj, Supaul, Madhubani, Sitamarhi, East Champaran, and West Champaran, which share a border with Nepal, have been placed under high surveillance.

Although India claims they are spreading terror in their name, they have been confirmed to have flown to Malaysia via Nepal.
