The Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) is preparing to demolish the structures of the Traffic Police Office in Thapathali.
Following the KMC's preparation to tear down the Traffic Police Office structures, a large number of police personnel have been deployed there.
The Metropolitan City is currently demolishing the building of the Irani Tea Shop located near the Traffic Police Office with the help of a dozer.
Last Friday, the Metropolis had also removed illegal physical structures built on the premises of the Ram Mandir along the banks of the Bagmati River.
The structures of the Traffic Police Office, which is located on the right side of the junction while heading to Thapathali from Tripureshwar, are also among those the Metropolitan City has started removing.
