Bagmati Province's Santoshi Shrestha has won the gold medal in the women's 10,000 meeters race.
Shrestha secured the gold by defeating Rajpura Pachhai in the women's 10,000 meters race held at the Pokhara Stadium on Saturday under the Ninth National Games.
Similarly, APF's Pushpa Bhandari won the bronze medal. Santoshi completed the prescribed distance in 36 minutes and 12 seconds. Similarly, Rajpura covered the distance in 36 minutes and 29 seconds.
Bhandari finished the allotted distance in 37:04 meters to become the third.
