The language test for those who have applied for jobs in Korea under the Employment Permit System (EPS) is starting today.
The examinations of those who have applied for jobs under the manufacturing sector is taking place today in the first phase.
According to the EPS Section, as many as 67,000 candidates have applied for the language test under the manufacturing category.
A total of 102,515 Korean job aspirants have applied for jobs in 2025.
Similarly, the examinations of those who have applied for jobs under the agriculture and animal husbandry will be held in the second phase.
As many as 35,000 candidates have applied for jobs in the agriculture and animal husbandry.
The language test starting from today will be completed within two months, the EPS section of the Department of Foreign Employment said.
The candidates on the roster had been requesting the EPS section to delay the exams and send them to Korea, first.
