Chinese Ambassador to Nepal Zhang Maoming has paid a courtesy call on Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal.
At the meeting held at the Foreign Ministry in Singha Durbar, Chinese Ambassador Zhang conveyed China's best wishes and congratulatory messages from Foreign Minister of China Wang Yi to Minister Khanal on his assumption of office as the Foreign Minister of Nepal.
"During the call on, various matters relating to further strengthening Nepal-China relations and enhancing mutually beneficial cooperation were discussed," the Foreign Ministry said.
