Former Prime Minister and CPN (UML) Chairman KP Sharma Oli and former Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak have been released on personal recognizance.
According to District Police Range, Kathmandu, Spokesperson Pawan Kumar Bhattarai, Oli and Lekhak have been released in the presence of their wives, Radhika Shakya and Yashoda Joshi Lekhak, respectively, on the condition that they appear whenever called.
"They were released on their own recognizance, provided they appear whenever required during the investigation," he said.
