The monsoon system has affected the entire country at present and generally cloudy conditions are expected across the country today.
The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology stated that there is a possibility of light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning at a few places in the hilly and Himalayan regions.
Likewise, light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning is expected at a few places in Tarai of Lumbini Province, at a few places in Tarai of Bagmati, Gandaki and Sudurpashchim provinces, and at one or two places in Madhesh and Koshi provinces.
There is also a possibility of heavy rainfall at one or two places in the hilly parts of Bagmati, Gandaki and Lumbini provinces today, the weather system mentioned.
