Research has shown that the habit of eating in the morning can protect people from obesity.

Studies have shown that the habit of eating within 10 hours a day also helps to stay healthy.

The research conducted by experts at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts, shows that the energy of people, who eat four hours late a day, is spent relatively slowly. It increases body fat, culminating in obesity.

According to the results of the study published in the journal Cell Metabolism, the time of eating also determines how hungry you are.

Likewise, the time of eating has a great meaning in the energy expenditure and the process of digesting food.

During the study, 16 overweight people were given meals at different times. One group was given food at 9 am, 1 pm and 5 pm, while the other group was given food at 1 pm, 5 pm and 9 pm. The research found that people in the second group were more hungry. Similarly, it was found that the amount of the hormone leptin, which makes them feel full, is also low.

Similarly, studies have shown that people who eat early in the morning have a higher energy expenditure rate.

A researcher involved in the study said that in the future they are planning to study what is the reason for the increasing risk of obesity in people who eat late at night. (With inputs from Agenices)
