Dr. Rupak Sapkota has been appointed as the foreign affairs advisor to Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’.
Sapkota was appointed to the post since February 13, informed the prime minister’s secretariat.
He is the son of former Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota. He has done PhD in international relations from China.
He has also been teaching international relations at Tribhuvan University.
