Foreign Minister NP Saud has assumed office after taking the oath of office and secrecy from President Ram Chandra Paudel on Sunday.
He took charge of the office after reaching the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at Singha Durbar.
NC leader Saud has been appointed Foreign Minister by Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' as part of expanding his cabinet for the eighth time.
