Nepali Congress Parliamentary Party leader Surendra Raj Pandey has been appointed as the Chief Minister of Gandaki Province.
Province Chief Prithvi Man Gurung appointed Pandey as the Chief Minister of the Province.
Pandey submitted the claim to the Province Chief Gurung on Thursday.
In line with Article 168 (2) of the Constitution, Pandey submitted the claim as per the call from the provincial chief with the signatures of province assembly members from NC, CPN (Maoist Center) and CPN (United Socialist) for the formation of the new government.
