Foreign Minister NP Saud met with British King Charles III and Prime Minister Rishi Sunak. He met with both Charles III and Sunak after attending the coronation ceremony.
In the meeting, Saud congratulated King Charles on his ascension. He also invited British Prime Minister Sunak to visit Nepal during the meeting.
Deepak Kumar Joshi, personal secretary of Foreign Minister Saud informed that British Prime Minister Sunak has been invited to visit Nepal.
According to him, in response, Sunak said that he will come to Nepal at the appropriate time.
"When the British Prime Minister is invited to visit Nepal, he said, "I will come, but it will be a little late," Joshi quoted Foreign Minister as saying.
Minister Saud went to Britain to attend the coronation of King Charles on May 4. He is scheduled to return home on May 9.
